We provide convenient delivery and pickup—no counter pickup required. Select an available delivery window when making your reservation, and we’ll bring your equipment directly to your hotel, vacation rental, event venue, hospital, senior community, home, or other approved location. Equipment instructions will be provided through an in-person orientation, verbal guidance, or instructional video, as appropriate. Pickup is coordinated based on the return details established with your original reservation, making the entire rental process simple and convenient.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the amount based on the type of equipment rented. The deposit helps cover loss, damage beyond normal wear, excessive cleaning, or equipment that is not returned as agreed. Following the return and inspection of the equipment, the deposit will be refunded provided no additional charges apply. Normal wear and tear is expected and is not charged.

Cancellation & Refund Policy — Payment is collected by card at the time of reservation. Cancellations or rescheduling made by 8:00 a.m. local time the day before your scheduled rental are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fee. Cancellations after this cutoff may be subject to the delivery fee and are generally non-refundable.

Yes. Our rental equipment includes a variety of sizes, capacities, and features designed to accommodate different mobility needs. Depending on the model, features may include adjustable or removable armrests and footrests, folding frames, swivel seats, adjustable tillers, and other comfort or accessibility features. Available features vary by equipment and model, so providing accurate information about your height, weight, mobility needs, and intended use helps us identify the most appropriate available rental option.

Equipment portability varies by model, and vehicle cargo space varies significantly by make and model. Many of our mobility scooters fold or disassemble into smaller components, while most wheelchairs and transport chairs fold for easier transportation. We recommend considering your vehicle’s available cargo space when selecting equipment and providing accurate vehicle information when requesting assistance with the best rental option. Equipment should always be used on surfaces appropriate for the specific model.

Each piece of equipment is cleaned, inspected, and prepared between rentals. We take care to provide clean, well-maintained equipment for each customer.
